All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

• Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days

• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before making your payment.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders above ₹999.

• Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of ₹99 is applied for orders below ₹998.

6. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
